Self-reflection

  1. How do I REALLY feel right now?
  2. What brings me joy?

  4. What are some of your gifts? How can you help people with them?
  5. What is holding me back? (Can concentrate on one area at a time if you like!)

Relationships/Connections

  4. What relationships do I need to do some work to reconnect?
  5. Do I need to apologize to anyone right now?
  6. Is there anyone in my life right now that is not positive? How could I address this or distance myself?
  7. Who do I need to connect with & let them know how much they mean to me? Then DO it!
  8. What kind of connections do I need in my life right now?

Delve a little deeper

  1. Who is someone I need to forgive & why?
  2. Whos is my biggest role model & why?
  3. What do I wish I could tell someone?
  4. Where do I need to heal?
  5. What would I do if fear wasn’t stopping me?
  6. How do I currently feel about myself? Is it true?
  7. How do I talk about myself, to myself & others? Is it true? Is it positive or negative?
  8. What do I want people to remember me for?
  9. What do you often criticize about other people? Why do you think that is?
  10. What are you incredibly scared of? Why?
  11. Write a letter to yourself, pretending it is already 10 years into the future.
